THE RULE OF ORGANIZING THE ART EXHIBITION IN THE "ART" GALLERY OF THE UNION OF MONGOLIAN ARTISTS

One. General Provisions
The “Art” gallery of the UMA is the exhibition hall to introduce the artworks to the public and organize the cultural and other kinds of activities.

Two. Permanent Exhibition
The UMA holds the following permanent exhibitions annually.

1. “Spring”
The art exhibition has the purpose to support new creations and ideas.
It is organized through total artists. For participating in the exhibition, artworks are selected by the rules of selection, considering the professional level of creations.

2. “Summer”
It has the purpose to advertise the Mongolian fine arts and support the financial issues of members. The exhibition is organized through total artists.

3. “Autumn”
It is the exhibition of artworks of the member artists of the UMA. The Governing Board of the UMA selects the creations of the exhibition. A best artwork is selected and gets the award of the exhibition named “Autumn”.

4. “On theme”
The exhibition is organized under the definite themes and types of the fine arts.

5. “The Best Artworks of the Year” exhibition
It is the exhibition of the best artworks of the members and artists of the UMA, which was created in the year.
The exhibition finds out the award, named after the UMA or the prize-winner of the year.
The Governing Board of the UMA decides the creations which will be participated in the exhibition and the matter of the award, named after the UMA, by the rule of the selection.
For participating in the exhibition, the artworks must be introduced to the public.
It is possible to be participated the photos, model of the largish and monumental ornamentation artworks.

Three. Exhibition of the Artworks
An Independent and joint exhibition which is organized by the individuals and organizations in the Art gallery.

1. The Governing Board of the UMA decides the matter of organizing the exhibition in the Art gallery on the basis of the “Exhibition” project, by the rule of the selection.
2. In the project named “Exhibition”:
a/ The term of organizing the exhibition.
b/ The content, purpose and importance of the exhibition.
c/ The number of artworks of the exhibition.
d/ The advertisement of the exhibition and the information about sales of artworks.
e/ The other information about the exhibition is reflected.
3. The UMA receives the project of organizing an exhibition from the1st of November to the 1st of December of a year.
4. The UMA places the information about the exhibition in the website of the UMA that http://www.uma.mn.
5. The exhibition organizer concludes an agreement about organizing an exhibition with the UMA at least 3 months ago, from the opening of an exhibition.
6. For concluding the agreement an exhibition organizer follows the followings:
-should pay 50000 tugrugs, which is the pledge of an exhibition.
-should give the brief information about the exhibition and not less than 4 photos of artworks, which will be participated in the exhibition, for the website.
7. If the exhibition, included in the schedule of the exhibition will not be organized, must inform to the UMA not less than 3 months.
8. If the exhibition included in the schedule of the exhibition will not organized after parts concluded the agreement, the pledge of the exhibition or 50000 tugrugs will be an income of the Union.
9. The UMA decides non fine art other kinds of measures according to an agreement.

Four. Payment
1. For organizing an exhibition of the artwork and other kinds of measures in the “Art” gallery:

a/ It is free, a member artist of the UMA to organize the fine art exhibition.
b/ Non-member artist of the UMA and artist of a foreign country pays 50000 tugrugs a day.
c/ Payment for non fine arts’ measures of individuals and organizations, and activities of foreign organizations are 200000 tugrugs a day.

The payment should be paid 14 days ago to organize the exhibitions and measures.
